INQUISITIVE AND THOUGHTFUL She was the challenge he'd been waiting for
Today was pretty much the exact same as any other day on tour. Violet got up, got a quick, five minute shower, and headed off into the hot, harsh sun to move equipment that was heavier than herself. She'd sit back and watch Escape the Fate's set, laugh at the screaming fan girls and the hardcore kids who started violent mosh pits that would last two songs tops, and then would get back up on stage to move equipment off. Order was nice, and she liked routines, but it would get a bit boring from time to time. And as much as she loved hanging out with Escape the Fate, she got a little bored of them. They were great guys, but she needed some change in her life.
A few days into the tour, she had met John Ohh, lead singer of The Maine. At first, she didn't like him very much -- he looked like a "pretty boy" and his music seemed way to pop for her likings. But after the third time they ran into each other, she gave him a chance, and discovered he was a pretty great guy. They hung out a bit, mainly when she was bored out of her mind and the fans were pissing her off (something that happened quite a bit more often than she would have liked). She found herself spending more time on The Maine's tour bus than her own.
Vi was walking over to their tour bus now, a box of donuts in hand. She had learned early on that food was the fastest way to a band's heart, and she felt it was her duty to bring them peace offerings for kicking their asses at nintendo every time. She never knocked on the door, and when she arrived swung it open. "Look guys! Food!" She said, peering down the narrow hallway to see if anyone was there. Usually their bus was packed, what was going on? "I could just eat these all on my own!" That should get them out to the living room area.

THERE MUST BE SOMETHING IN THE WATER HERE so baby, let's dance DAMN WE GOT THE MOVES and damn, do we have style.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "Oh, bullshit!" John couldn't help but laugh as Pat threw down his controller in annoyance and defeat, scowling at him and Kennedy as they shook their heads and gave each other a high-five. The after-show routine consisted of alternating between who's in the shower and who's playing video games -- for Warped this year, it was the brilliant idea of Garrett to bring along the old-school N64 onto the bus, since they'd been meaning to do that a few times but always got wrapped up in the PS3 or the Xbox. Guys and their games, you know. Though John wasn't really as much of a gamer like the other guys in The Maine, he definitely had a few tricks up his sleeve, since everyone thought that he was pretty much a fail in everything, even if that was a running joke. And it was pretty funny and satisfying to kick ass at Super Smash Bros. when no one expected him to be that good.
Running a hand through his still-wet brown hair, John placed the Nintendo controller onto the couch and stood up, stretching his very long body and cracking his knuckles before sitting back down and grabbing his laptop again. Pat admitted defeat and went to the back to shower, and Kennedy had a phone call, so it left him by himself for maybe fifteen minutes tops. He found himself talking to Violet again via AIM -- she always talked to him whenever they were online, she always came to hang out on their bus when she was bored or just had extra time, which was interesting because the band she worked for was way different than the one he sang for. Either way, he thought she was a nice girl, with exception to the fact that she wasn't afraid to yell at him or punch him in the arm or the chest if she was mad. Truthfully, John kinda liked that part of her, that she was pretty spunky -- now if only she was less violent.
Before he knew it, she had made it over to the bus, her voice echoing through the narrow "hallway" as she walked down to the main area where everyone hung out. Leaning his head to see her, he smirked. "Why don't you bring 'em over here instead of having your own little personal party in our bus hallway?" he called out, shutting his laptop and crossing his long legs as he put his arms onto the back of the couch. Their banter was always playful -- though, he was probably gonna get hit for that small comment anyway. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

INQUISITIVE AND THOUGHTFUL She was the challenge he'd been waiting for
She heard John's voice coming down the hallway and grinned; so they were here. Probably playing Nintendo, like always. They were addicted to that thing, it was like a drug. She'd played more than a few times, but didn't like it -- John got a little offended when she beat his ass at every game they had. Alright, so she had grown up with male friends who made her play video games with them, and she'd gotten good. A little too good. They stopped asking her to play after that. "Maybe your hallway is more interesting than you!" Violet laughed, walking slowly down the hallway.
When John came into view, she saw his laptop sitting on his lap. They were slightly addicted to AIM, always instant messaging or texting or something of the sort. They were always in constant communication, whether it be via internet, phone wires, or face to face. She loved The Maine's bus, there was always something interesting going on. Gaming tournaments being one of those many many entertaining things. Violet was tempted to throw a pastry at John's face, but she figured he'd be slow and it would whack him in the face... and then he'd have to take another shower - yes, she did notice his wet hair. "Want one?" She asked, waving the box in front of his face... and then promptly snatching it away, pulling the lid off and popping a plain glazed donut in her mouth. She plopped down on the couch next to him, making sure to set the box out of his reach. Oh yes, she enjoyed being slightly evil.
"So, Johnny boy, what are we gonna do today?" She asked in a sing songy voice, stuffing the rest of her donut in her mouth. She wasn't afraid to act like a guy -- no matter how blond, tiny, and cute she was. Looks could be deceiving, and in Violet's case, that was an understatement.
